Salutations, everyone!
Just got a new blower fan and resistor because the old one died from the duck bill problem. convertible XK 4.2 from 2007.
As far as I can tell, the blower is in operation now. No matter what I try, the airflow from any of the vents is quite poor. Changing from defrost to face vents or footwell makes it seem like it's working, but the air that does come out is a little puff even if the fan is set to maximum speed.
Can you think of anything?
You’re only seeing the surface.

If you want to make sure the automatic temperature control module is getting power, you can check fuse F6 15A in the main junction box.
Due to the fact that it is currently dark outside, I will attempt that tomorrow. However, before doing so, I disconnected the resistor module to see if air was escaping through the hole; when reconnecting it, the fan resumed its normal operation. Does the fused control module work with these?
However, I will review it tomorrow and inform you of my findings.

Phil's company, when was the last time you updated the pollen filter?

Alternately, you might attempt to reset the blend flaps.
