Please tell me how much the Kia Ev5 GT Line's head-up display module costs. Will it be difficult to incorporate a third-party HUD?

It would be a matter of exploring what is available since you would be looking at one from a third party.
The majority of them would be able to function through the OBD2 interface.

Nothing about this is offered by Kia, and I have my doubts that any Kia dealership would be interested in completing the job. If it's absolutely necessary, a new car will do the trick, but if not, a third party is likely your best option, as @NirviusTom points out.
