Is it the case that each of a dealership's ten "mechanics" are actually charged the maximum amount in pounds sterling? Almost certainly, not every single one of them has received the best possible training.

As much as we'd all like to believe that only a "Master Technician" should have access to our prized possessions, I fear that the truth is far different, and that the "menu" servicing work must be lucrative.
