I have recently obtained a 2012 E93 320D convertible and I am a newcomer to the forum. I have an inquiry regarding public sentiment toward de badging; I am unable to reach a conclusion. I have always believed that concealing a lower specification was somewhat unappealing, yet it also appears quite neat without it. Do you hold any firm opinions on the matter?
I appreciate it.

Not every debadged vehicle conceals inferior specifications, although the overwhelming majority do. Certain individuals remove badges from high-performance vehicles to create sleeper cars 😊 (a wolf in sheep's clothing) or replace them with a 330d emblem 😊

My 640d was devoid of badges, arriving in that condition from the factory, so I opted to leave it as it appeared pristine. All remaining vehicles have been branded, thus either abandoned or altered to black.
