Cumbria sent me an NIP this morning; I completed 35 in 30. Evidently, the speed limit in Cumbria is far lower than the 10%+3 I had assumed it was nationwide. In 55 years of driving, this is only my second infraction 😱

I was under the impression it was 10% plus 2, but even that is up for grabs.
