Could someone please give me some opinion on a 330e that I saw on autotrader in Bristol (reg FY71)? I'm trying to decide whether to test drive it or not, and I don't want to drive 150 miles just to do it.

This vehicle appears to have been owned by a single individual. Seems like there would be no harm in dropping by to take a peek.
Although slightly higher than average, the mileage is still more than satisfactory. Make sure the traction battery and any parts it uses are covered by the warranty before you shell out any cash for it. Actually, the vast majority of them aren't.
Rather than 37 miles, you might expect 25. Make sure that satisfies your needs. I am at a loss for words. The link is here; I hope it's the right one!

Yours faithfully. Looking at other M Sports at that price point, most of them are 80,000+, so this one looks like an excellent deal. See attached for the service history, which I was able to get my hands on; it's rather detailed, but I'm still baffled by the two incidents that happened in such rapid succession last year.
Is it worthwhile to get a warranty with these dealerships? Supposedly, the vast majority of them are worthless and would blame wear and tear for any problems that may arise. Would it be wiser to set aside some funds for repairs?

I was looking for other threads that addressed the same issue with the 330e battery and the maintenance costs.
Much obliged. The 6th generation F30s appear to be the most problematic, especially in terms of batteries, right? A G20 summit is this one. The fact that the first service was performed after 18,000 miles and little more than a year is the only thing that is slightly discouraging me. Upon reviewing the attachment I sent earlier, it appears that the vehicle has undergone regular servicing at the dealership since then. Does this render the battery's 6-year guarantee null and void? If the maintenance history was in accordance with BMW's plan, the warranty would still extend for approximately two years from the date of registration.
