A side note: the GPS processor from Becker Map Pilot is removable; you can find a bracket to attach it to the top of the glove compartment. If your vehicle's BMP unit was removed, you will only be able to locate its bracket. If your car does not have a BMP unit and its bracket is not in the glove compartment, it could be because your vehicle is an earlier model (not equipped with Audio20) or because it was manufactured before the facelift (with NTG4).

Please accept my utmost gratitude. I will return to this matter in the morning, weather permitting. The supplier had requested a photograph of the dashboard before sending the Becker replacement.

My best guess is that you're using COMAND NTG4.5 with the built-in SatNav as the photo shows an SD-Card slot on the bottom left of the head unit.

Your car isn't compatible with the Becker replacement unit, and you won't have Audio20 with Becker Map Pilot.


Methods 1 and 2 in my earlier post (but not option 3) can still be used to add Apple CarPlay.
