Do you know anyone who has had their electric vehicle ceramic coated and whether the increased traction has improved range or efficiency?

Absolutely! The Leaf 30 gets around 10 miles, and the X Power—I'm guessing—about 30.

Similar to how an automobile is waxed, the result will be comparable.

A new line of 'go further stripes' made specifically for electric vehicles will soon be available at a Halfords store near you!

It won't, but it's being done nevertheless. I wanted it professionally polished initially, but the ceramic coating bundle wasn't much more. Assuming it is well-protected, it should retain its lustre for at least a few years. I'm reverting to the classic two-bucket procedure, the PH-neutral show foam, wash, etc.
My rural home is a veritable mud bath in certain spots, so I'm crossing my fingers that it will attract less filth and be less likely to cling to surfaces.
I'll miss her while she's getting kissed by another man (the e-tron, not the Mrs.), but that's just a joke in case she ever joins the forum. It's just a three or four day job.
