Problems with CHR products during manufacturing

In order to keep the automatic rolling up or down function of the rear passenger windows functioning, it is necessary to hold down the window button. This feature often stops working.
Pressing the brake pad once to start the car isn't enough; you have to press it five or six times before it softens and goes down. From time to time, this takes place.
It takes almost twenty minutes for the rear window demisters to clear the glass, and even then they only do it to a 90% level.
How prevalent are these issues? What steps should the Toyota service center take to identify and resolve the issues while the vehicle is still covered by the warranty? These issues, which almost certainly started in the factory, have me wondering what's going on.
