I just bought a supercharged F30 N47 2.0D.
roughly 97,000 miles
I parked my car about three years ago.

The motor spins, but the car won't start; the rev range is about 280 to 300 rpm.
Not even a cough helped with the easy start.
No fuel is released from the feed line that links to the fuel filter when the ignition is turned on. (The lpfp module concealed beneath the passenger seat's side trim, or the lpfp that is suspected)
So, knowing that the gasoline pump isn't priming, would the car still attempt to start with easy start? The fuel pump is operational when the diagnostic is turned on. And is there a way to prevent the glow plugs from turning on at the same time as the fuel pump? No heat is emanating from the exhaust as I turn the crank.
Perhaps a malfunctioning crank sensor is the problem.
The next thing to do is to see whether the glow plugs receive electricity within the first five seconds of the ignition turning on. Anyone have any strategies for starting the engine? I simply want to know it runs.
Codes for errors not present

Do you hear compression? Seven hundred to eighty-five revolutions per minute is too rapid; the normal speed is closer to 300. Because it spins so quickly and won't turn on using the simple start feature, I doubt it.

Even when cranking, the battery voltage drops to 11 volts.
Perhaps a burned-out starter solenoid is causing a short circuit?

The engine runs normally most of the time, but occasionally it slows down, stops, and then revs up again.
When the ignition is turned on, the glow plugs will show a voltage of about 7 volts for a short period of time.

The 95ah 850 agm battery is newly bought today and is recommended for this vehicle.

Plugging in the diagnostics will reveal any recorded codes and whether or not they would prevent the low pressure fuel, thus it sounds like everything is fine. You may lift off the offside rear bolster to access the EKP module, and while cranking, you can check for power at the fuel pump. Connect the pump to the live and earth pins on the two-pronged socket.

To regulate the intake fuel pump, I did in fact locate that module. At the back of the right passenger's seat. I can operate the pump using the diagnostic tool, so it must be in good working order. However, the fuel filter produces no gas when I turn the key to the ignition.

I was just wondering whether there's a symbol on the dashboard that flashes like a key.

Yes, there are no dashboard lights and no error codes. Glow plugs measure about 5-7 volts when ignited. Even with poor fuel delivery, I was hoping it would start easily with the gentle start feature.

The diesel engines usually only ignite a low-pressure pump that fires up when the engine is revving.

Give it a few of seconds to run even without gasoline with the simple start.

Based on my research, it is recommended that the in-tank pump produces a humming sound or four to five bars of fuel rail pressure when the ignition is turned on. You can barely make out the humming sound. Diesel vehicles, along with electrical issues, are my Achilles' heel when it comes to working on gasoline-powered vehicles. Today I'll be returning to the car for additional diagnostic testing.
