Pump and filter for washer

As per the results of the compressed air test, the bonnet jets are clear, and the e60 windscreen washer motor can be heard operating. Although the reservoir is filled, the water reaching the jets is barely a trickle. So, what do you think?

The filter in the washer bottle is clogged with black, mouldy gunge.

That's right.
After removing the tank and running a jet wash through it, I was able to get rid of it entirely.

Everyone seems to have tried different drain cleaners; I even tried Mr. Muscle, but despite using additional pipe to keep it away from the paint, it clogged again soon after.
