Greetings, everyone. I require assistance. I am experiencing an intermittent "crank no start issue" with my 2022 Kia Xceed, which consistently starts on the second attempt. The vehicle has been serviced at the Kia dealership four times, during which they replaced the starter motor and the fuel pump. They also conducted tests over a week under various conditions but have been unable to identify the underlying cause, and the issue persists. I welcome any suggestions. Relevant details: - The vehicle remains under the 7-year warranty. - I possess two keys, and the issue occurs with both (both keys have had their batteries replaced). - The car battery consistently tests at 12 volts. - The problem does not occur at a specific time of day, nor is it influenced by external temperature. - There are no error codes or dashboard indicators signalling a problem. - The car has travelled 20,000 miles. - The vehicle software is fully updated. - The Kia app reports no errors. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It is advisable to verify the posting location, as not all individuals monitor this section, given that it should not contain issues. Thus, it has been relocated to the X-Ceed section for your convenience. Examine the wiring to the starter and the earth lead from the battery, ensuring that the battery terminal connections are secure and robust. What is the voltage drop to 12V during cranking?

Does your vehicle feature a stop-start button or does it require a key to initiate operation?
