Assisting our grandson with restoring a 316ti Compact that has been lovingly cared for by one family for the last seventy thousand miles; the vehicle is in generally good condition, but need some attention to the oily areas and repairs due to many oil leaks.

I started removing the subframe last night to remove the sump and change the gasket; today I will finish the job and put everything back together when it is clean.
