What do you think about the Evoque petrol engine?

I'm considering upgrading from my more recent 2014 2.2 SD, which I've had for 2.5 years. But after reading so much about how dependable the newer models are, I'm seriously considering not getting another one.
Despite the apparent resolution of the timing chain issue by 2019, diesels continue to plague us with several problems, while hybrids, which were already unattractive before the 1.5p/mile tax, appear to be potential money traps.
It appears that the DPF emission claims are only valid for the Evoque up to 2023. Has anything changed since then, and how trustworthy are the more recent ones?
2) The gasoline-powered Evoques are what I've been considering because the 2023 model is likely too new and pricey for my budget. Though I don't have a strong desire for one, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they're more dependable than the hybrids and diesels. Do you have any opinions on how dependable the P250 or P300 Evoques are?
