Mysterious Problem with the S205 Headlight LED

Salutations everyone. I just got a 2016 S205 premium plus and there's this weird problem with it. Aside from getting rather sore fingers from fumbling with all the clips and tabs, yesterday's decision to remove the front bumper in order to install the diamond grill that I had purchased went according to plan.

Oddly enough, I'm seeing an odd problem with the NSF headlight ever since I installed the grill. It could just be a coincidence. When I unlock the car, the orange indicator LEDs on both headlights flash three times, but the ones on the NSF headlight stay on—though they're a bit dimmed down, as if they're always on at around 20% power. When you lock the car, they remain on for two or three minutes before turning off, and they remain on at all times while you're driving.

Most of the indications and dangers are operational, and there are no alerts.

Do you have any suggestions?

In my opinion, there must be some moisture present. Keep the lights on continuously; doing so will warm the interior, which could be therapeutic.

Apologies, but I once had a CLA that had a plethora of problems with its LED headlights—much worse than this—that I was able to fix by swapping out the control module located at the base of the headlight. The timing of my bumper tweaking is giving me the willies, but I think it might be the same problem. It must be a coincidence; I didn't unplug any electrical components.
