The conundrum with the BMW 320i's coolant

Hello everyone. Permit me to tell you the story of my unfortunate experience; I am in dire need of your professional guidance. I drive a 17-plate, 3-series petrol engine vehicle with a 2.0-liter tank. On November of last year, when I was starting the car to head to work, a warning about low coolant came up on the idrive. Another alert saying "high temperature, park and switch off the engine" came after around fifteen minutes of driving from Hamilton to Motherwell. I stopped right away so the engine could cool down. A couple of litres of coolant were procured at a petrol station in the area. The coolant container was completely empty when I opened it to add more. I proceeded to fill it up and turn on the engine. I continued driving for another seven minutes until I finally pulled over since the problem had returned. I then contacted AAA to come to my aid. Around 10 o'clock at night, the AA guy showed up, so the two of us headed to ASDA to pick up some coolant and distilled water. After that, the coolant bottle was refilled. We continued by idling the engine for a short while. Witnessing the water's precipitous decline caught us both by surprise. There was no sign of leakage when we checked. I was able to get the vehicle to Hamilton Auto Services the next day after leaving it on the road overnight. The oil cooler was determined to be the source of the leak after they ran a battery of diagnostic tests. I got my car back on 15 November after spending over £1000 on an oil change, new oil cooler and labour. I continued to drive the car after that until this morning, when I started the engine, and the identical issue again. After twenty minutes of driving with the coolant tanks filled, they began to drain. In the meanwhile, ever since I picked up the car in November, I've been primarily driving around Hamilton and the surrounding towns, with the occasional trip to Glasgow thrown in for good measure. On Wednesday, before this issue arose, I drove it to Edinburgh. Tell me, what could be wrong with the vehicle? Somebody please. The manager at the Hamilton Auto garage reluctantly told me to bring it in today for diagnosis, even though I returned yesterday. Having said that, that garage has been receiving some negative feedback. Therefore, I am frightened to drive my automobile there. If you know of a reliable garage in the Hamilton area that deals with BMWs, please let me know.
Your attentiveness is really appreciated.

Greetings, my friend I know what you're going through; I had an oil cooler leak and the mechanic fixed it instead of replacing it; it turned out to be a seal or gasket; the coolant would simply disappear without visible leaks until they disassembled and identified it. If you're looking for a BMW specialist in Glasgow, I recommend bimmerman (though he's a bit distant from you). Other good options include kerr-tech and Springhill mot station. If you have a lot of money, you can always go to parks. However, I thought £

Your feedback is greatly appreciated. I have no problem returning the vehicle to Bimmerman. Please, could you provide me with his contact information so I can meet him? It would be much great if we could talk over the phone so I can get additional details.

Dennis, I'll do my best to assist you; my English isn't great, but he'll urge you to simply schedule it in. He's not one to provide advice over the phone, but he's really knowledgeable.
