Greetings everyone,

It seems like I need to conduct some more research to get a definitive answer.

so I have some questions. I am considering installing a GPF deletion on my HKS high power spec L exhaust and am considering a garage whiffbitz titanium one. Will the connections be a direct fit? Given that the GPF follows the CAT, am I correct in assuming that you do not encounter any problems with warning lights or that it does not require mapping?

Basically, it has the potential to increase the car's volume and enhance exhaust flow, among other benefits.

Follow the cat to the GPF section. None of those pesky lights or maps were necessary when I swapped out my old one with the stainless steel Akrapovic. Very rowdy, though

I did check out the Akrapovic one as well; do you have a cat harness or did you simply swap out the GPF? Are there any videos available?

The complete Akrapovic race system, including the titanium rear section and stainless gpf deletion, is at my disposal. The volume is high, almost chav-level, yet there are no videos. I estimate a stone's worth of weight savings and some measurable increases in power from the entire system. Videos can't convey the full impact of the sound; you truly must experience it live.

After installing an Akrapovic GPF in my gen2, I no longer need maps and am no longer seeing any issues with lights, etc.

On the regular GPF back system, it had no audible effect and only a little power boost.

Should we not remap the car? I have a WhifBitz, a resonant OPF deletion, stashed away in the garage. If I do decide to fit it, I consulted Litchfield on remapping, and they advised me to do so. According to my records, it was only used once before being taken off and Litchfield redoing the moulding.

I would say the same thing if I were a car-remapping firm. 😁😁

Gpf delete is discussed for a bit in this video around the 41-minute mark.
