Only in instances of significant damage or atypical wear (which has never occurred in my situation but should be considered), excessive mileage, etc. It does not assure that they will refrain from charging, yet in my experience, it is highly improbable. Producers are primarily focused on restoring the vehicle to an acceptable state and transferring it to the subsequent buyer. They have no inclination to install a new set of tires, repair a scratch, and so forth. They will perform fundamental tasks, if at all, and then proceed.
Unless there is significant bodily harm to rectify, I believe no lessees ought to incur expenses for specific maintenance and new tires near the conclusion of the lease, solely for the purpose of the lease.
