Converting Miles to Kilograms

After a complete sleep cycle, my 2019 C200 MHEV in the UK with the digital cluster keeps changing all units from miles to km.
Start over in 15 minutes → continues to display miles
Returns to kilometers
Started suddenly after sitting overnight
Completed earlier:
Update on COMAND/MBUX
Update on instrument clusters SCN coding
It remains unresolved. Can anyone tell me if they've dealt with this problem? TIA

Does the voltage in the battery drop when you sleep? Before you cold start in the morning, what is the voltage and how old is it? I would expect it to be close to 13 volts if it's an AGM, but a standard battery would be 12.6 volts. Anything less than that and you're either missing something or there's a drain somewhere.

The response is much appreciated. Today I verified the voltage and it read 12.7... The battery is probably not the cause.

It could be the battery:

1. Voltage Drop from 12V to 48V BatteriesA sophisticated power-management system is crucial to the mild-hybrid (MHEV) configuration. It will start the car just fine even if the main 12V starter battery or the 48V backup system is starting to degrade. Nevertheless, the voltage falls to a precise level during a complete sleep cycle, prompting an automated "brownout" reset in either the instrument cluster or the Front SAM module. Upon losing their ability to adapt continuously, these modules revert to their original factory settings, which are based on the European metric (KM).A proper load test or overnight trickle charging of the 12V battery should fix the problem. Changing the battery usually fixes strange sleep-cycle memory issues if it is the original 2019 model.

Try switching from miles per hour to kilometers per hour in your Mercedes ME app, leaving it that way for the nite, and then switching back to miles per hour to see if it helps. To access this, go to the app's settings (it's the gear icon on the top right), then tap on settings.
It seems that this has worked on other models as well! The vehicle is reloading configuration settings wirelessly.
Please inform us if anything is altered by that.

I attempted this with great anticipation, but alas, it was unsuccessful. Additionally, I found that whenever I access the car's customization settings, it indicates that there is no subscription; however, I am unsure if this is related.

Apparently, the app personalization doesn't sync with the 2019/2020 C200, as it is the intermediate car of Mercedes MBUX systems. I contacted Mercedes-Me, but it didn't work. Seems like my only choice would be to pay 150 pounds to have it diagnosed at the Mercedes dealer.
