Greetings everyone,

There has been some rattling from my N57 timing chain, therefore I have been searching for a location to acquire a new one. Is there a mechanic, garage, or expert in your area that would be willing to work with me on a monthly payment plan? You don't need one of those 12-month plans; what I need is a way to divide the payment into two or three installments. Ideally located in London or Essex, but I'm not fussy.

Most everyone, thank you ahead of time

The only places I've heard of something like that are with service plans that charge you every month, so I would be quite shocked if that was available elsewhere.

I'm curious to know how much it has cost to complete the job.

Do not currently have any quotations. While on the weekend, I filled out a plethora of contact forms and am planning to call my regular mechanic this week. Price ranges of £1,000 to £1,500 have been seen.

I would recommend going to a place where they have experience with the task, like a BMW expert. However, if you are close to Johnny, I would go there instead.

Until you pay out the whole amount due for the job, I agree with ALJohns_34.
