My friends in San Luis Obispo helped me take this down. While they may have communicated better, they were able to meet the deadline. I appreciate it.

Why was it that you needed to talk to a real person about your problem instead of using an app that only allows text and images?

Unfortunately, Tesla has subsequently taken action and fixed the problem. Did the right thing and was actually rather pleasant.

Honestly, I'd say it depends on which Service Center you visit; both of these locations are quite pleasant.

In all honesty, I'm impressed by the San Luis Obispo service. I would still want more communication, but they resolved the issue correctly. Beautifully done!
