I am currently in the process of scheduling an appointment with the dealership to have this problem examined for my 2025 CX60 Hamura Plus. Has anyone else seen this?

That is indeed a well-documented issue. The front door rattles have been noticed by multiple owners. Typically, the dealership can tweak the latch or add cushioning to correct it. Hopefully, your appointment resolves the matter promptly.
