Thank you for getting back to me. I see your point. In a couple of stories I read, the authors claimed that after updating the SD, the users were left with nothing. An SD card will be ordered. I am grateful.

I wish I could provide more detailed instructions, but the reverse camera on one of our cars stopped working—not the camera itself, but a control device. I hope this information is helpful; it was just a different Mercedes model.

An update: I contacted my neighbourhood Mazda dealer, and they confirmed that the seat is indeed covered by the 30-kilomile warranty!
