Look at www.partsouq.com; they have the part number. It appears to be the same part number as the one on the boot, even though I think it's 863201W200.

I experience analogous problems, as the knocking intensifies after prolonged driving. In the morning or after a few hours of inactivity, the vehicle operates adequately; however, my concern lies with the wheel bearing and suspension arm.
